It would be nice to be able to work out that it has not had salty water passing through it for years though, wouldn't it?

If it's in Maidstone I doubt it has come out of a canal boat.

Spill rail seems to have a pipe connector at the back end of the engine, which is fine, but then has that whole but of cut off pipe at the front.

 

I assume "can be seen working" means watching it spray fuel everywhere and then overheating......
