Say there is a copper heat washer and a crimp washer if so what order do they go please Down load the manual here http://the-norfolk-broads.co.uk/downloads/bmc1500L-diesel-workshop-manual.pdf Page 48 is the injector fitting showing the washers Basically you should have 2 copper washers with the same outside diameter. on with a larger inside diameter, a top hat heat shield and a crimp steel washer. In a completely empty injector hole the order is as follows. 1 the copper washer with the larger inside diameter 2 The top hat heat shield through this washer 3 the other copper washer on the top of the heat shield 4 the steel washer down into the heat shield 5 the injector.
