Hi could any. One advice me. I'm putting new injectors in bmc 1.8. Diesel witch I never took the old ones out some people. Say there is a copper heat washer and a crimp washer if so what order do they go please

Page 48 is the injector fitting showing the washers 

 

Basically you should have 2 copper washers with the same outside diameter. on with a larger inside diameter, a top hat heat shield and a crimp steel washer.

 

In a completely empty injector hole the order is as follows.

 

1  the copper washer with the larger inside diameter

2  The top hat heat shield through this washer

3 the other copper washer on the top of the heat shield

4 the steel washer down into the heat shield

5 the injector.
