Plenty of companies offering to do it on Google. For example https://www.video2dvdtransfers.co.uk/?gclid=CjwKCAiAx_DwBRAfEiwA3vwZYrJE3mraGtsjNo2jmr8zkq1RuuaGnn4qTH-PKMQ22Yx1EckmRCPCZBoCWsUQAvD_BwE

Slim
Knowing very little I would suggest you go straight to the the latest tech. Even that will be out of date soon. In audio terms I can remember when 78s gave way to 33 1/3, which gave way to reel to reel tape, to casette , to CD which has given way to on line downloads and cloud storage. ( any errors , note my first three words) . TV / Video has gone the same way. We got a 9" tv in 1949. ( they've got the same model in the Imperial War Museum). Now, if i wanted to I could , sitting in this pub, press a few buttons on this Tablet and watch live tv. PS. This Adnams Broadside is VERY pleasant Frank Edited January 13, 2020 by Slim Additional, essential information.

David Mack
I've got some Super 8 film which my father shot in the 60s and 70s, including some canal boating, which I really ought to dig out from storage and get transferred to digital.
