Thanks for all of the comments regarding September traffic on the Four Counties Ring!

 

What kind of weather can we expect during September?

1st half of September this year had canals closingvearly because of lack of water and the hedges and fields were brown.

2nd half of September it started to rain.......

September weather can be reasonable but given the "climate" over the past 6 months any time can be a good time

Impossible to forecast the weather but we have always had at least 1 good week out of our 2 weeks in September.

He first half should be reasonable, as in with luck you would be able to sit outside in the evening etc.

Bring waterproofs. You need them all year in Britain. There's no guarantee with the weather. If it rains - you're prepared. If not - hurrah !
