I too was thinking this is probably just a premium to transfer the mooring lease, given the tangible assets seem to be for sale separately "with the business for extra cost".

 

 

Looks similar value for money as the one ghastly boat they seem to have built there.

Either an illiterate or English is not the first language.

The other possibility is that the errors are deliberate to enable the listing to be pulled once a mug has shown interest.

I think avoiding this may be the best option, possibly nothing owned to be sold as a scam.
