It would appear that the victim of the horrific shooting in Argentina was Matthew Gibbard, owner of Tingdene Marinas, one of the UK’s larger marina operators

Terrible thing to happen, but I guess it's not that uncommon and the only reason it's made the news over here is because Brits were involved. I thought Buenos Aires was one of South America's safer capitals and robberies by guys with guns on motorbikes was more common in places like Sao Paulo.
