This guy is slowly building his own boat over in the US. He started with some steel sheets and just pulled them around until they looked right. Some VERY dodgy H&S practices in the process!

 

This episode is a mish-mash of all sorts of stuff, not all boat related but still interesting   Well, it interested me :)

 

You can fill a few days if you want to follow the whole build...
