Naughty Cal
I believe they did. The power to the CRT long term moorings was also turned off as their shore power bollards were submerged. There were several precariously moored boats yesterday. Hopefully they sit back down more level as the water levels recede. I believe they did. The power to the CRT long term moorings was also turned off as their shore power bollards were submerged. Scholar Gypsy
The conspiracy theorists will have some fun with the latest notice from CRT about Torksey! (The last sentence) "The flood levels have started to come down, and the Environment Agency have opened the flood gates. Boaters can now travel through Toksey Lock but are asked to proceed with care. Please keep checking the website and follow advice on site, as due to the planned bad weather, flood alerts may change quite quickly."
pearley
Being stuck at Nottingham some planned weather would allow us to plan the trip to our mooring at Newark. As they say, God laughs at plans!
