Samsung Tablet S4, SMT- 830. Camera stopped working

Hi,

 

I have a Samsung Tablet S4, which is about 12.5 months old, I sign in using facial recognition, this has stopped working as have the front and rear cameras.  I have not taken many pics with it and I suspect it uses BIXBY software.

 

Have done a 'hard' factory reset but can't seem to get rid of Bixby and the cameras still won't work. The unit has not been tampered with or dropped.

 

Any tips?.

PS a  4 year old Tab3 still works well
