I thought you had to be over 21 to drive what the now call HGV after taking your test. There was only one license when I tpassed mine in 1961. Brought an old Bedford S type a couple of years later and carted pre packed coal all over southern England from Water Orton for King Coal. Some of you will remember their red bags. Later brought a new Commer Maxi load 17 tones gross with the horizontally opposed 2 stroke engine a brilliant machine. When hgv  licenses came in you could get grandfather rights but had to supply registration numbers of vehicles you had driven and have a health check. My gp at the time said if you can’t pass this you wouldn’t have been able to walk into the surgery!

This is the ideal set up for small cruisers.
