Does anyone have experience of using this company for a solar installation?

I didn't personally have it done by them as my solar installation was there when I bought the boat but from what I can tell, they did a good, neat job of the install. Came with a bunch of documentation. Anything specific you need to know?

Yes, Tim Davis did mine just over 3 years ago.

 

No complaints at all, as far as I could tell he did a very good job and I've been extremely pleased with it.

 

My only regret is that I wish I'd had it done a month later as he changed from using 100W panels to 165W panels shortly after doing mine. I could have had 330W rather than 200W for not much more money. 200W is fine most of the time but on non-cruising days like today (Some rain, some sun, mostly grey cloud) it doesn't quite do it.

 

if anyone is aware of panels greater than 100W but with the same 1200cm length as mine (I don't want to have to move brackets myself) please let me know.

I had mine supplied and installed by them 5 years ago and have been very pleased. They made a neat job and all 3 are still working fine.

Not used them myself, but only heard positive comments over the years.
