Well if he has done the 127 miles from Leeds to Liverpool in 6 years his averaged annual range looks big enough to satisfy CRT that he is a genuine continuous cruiser.

Not really. He was in Leeds 18 months ago and serms to have been continuously shuffling in the Leeds area ever since.
