Rain!

Raining in the Fens too, and BBC Wetter promises that it will continue to do so until about lunch time.

BUT, tank de Lard, no rain is forecast in Southampton, where England play the West Indies today. So the eagerly anticipated battle of the big guns - Gayle and Russell v. Roy and Buttler - should go on interrupted. A pity it's not being televised, but it is on BBC radio.

It is on Sky Sports. I bought a 3 month Sky Sports package on Now TV for £25 pm. World Cup and ashes!  Unfortunately I’ve watched a lot of replays.

If you are passing through Barbridge, and update on the potential leak would be very very helpful. Cheers Mike

No sign of any problem at bridge 99 near Barbridge and the canal level looked OK again.

Saw you pass but was too late to wave, and you were steering.     Beautifully slowly, thank you.  Nice bit of sunshine this afternoon, rain forecast for 4pm

What was the leak on the Shroppie near Barbridge like?

Oops missed your last post, so its a leak that is not leaking?

Has the leaky aqueduct over the main road near you sealed itself yet?

Managed to find a dry window between 2:00pm & 3:00pm to cut the grass ?

? Had a lovely window of fine weather this morning from bottom of Atherstone Locks to Pooley Park, it was t-shirt time :)

But now.... :(
