nls link for old hill, 6", 1888-1913 - unfortunately there are 14 basins/lay by between windmill end and gosty - mostly clearly associated with collieries, no sign of fishers dock,

According to the distance tables, Fishers boat dock was at the same distance of 10 miles, 3 furlongs and 126 links as the opposite Old Hill Ironworks and basin.

The limekilns south of Powke Lane  Bridge belonged to T E Lowe as did the timber yard. T E Lowe's boat dock was opposite.

The area as of 2018.

Joe Chattin's funeral was at the crematorium earlier on this year.

Not quite the site of the dock in question though, which is off the top left of your map excerpt. You’re showing Powke Lane and Garratt’s Lane bridges, the dock was adjacent to Hollis’s Bridge.
