I read the title of the post and had a oh s*$t moment. 

if you are a single user of Naughty Cal then she has to go.

 

if on the other hand you are a multiple user or have a partner then you can claim relief from the single use prohibition.  It will be useful to demonstrate regular use; one way of ensuring this is properly recorded is to get your and the boat's name in the papers occasionally.

Partially, but the rest is thermoset resin, not plastic.

I would worry more about Pot Noodles.

Quite, clearing the Walsall canal one prop full at a time.  With so few boats it will need some serious effort to make an impact, of course I hope that CRT can successful in this.
