'Ere - you've nicked my duck!

I say mine - he joined Melaleuca at the bottom lock of the Delph nine. Looks like he's joined Delhi's crew

There may be a complication....

Shortly after leaving Withymoor Island we realised we had a stowaway on board.

We have no idea where he came from. We thought he might jump ship and head home (wherever home is) but he seems to like Delhi and is quite taken with the shade provided by the tomato plants on the tug deck.

It just occurred to me that maybe he is related to another famous duck and has been sent on a mission to reclaim the noodles?

How do I break it to him he missed his chance?

Bloomin' heck. Your Tomatoes are a bit bigger than ours. Had to rescue ours off the room yesterday with all this wind.

They seem to be doing well. I have no idea what to expect really. It must be about 25 years since I last grew tomatoes, traditional greenhouse varieties in growbags. These are Tumblers and have had to be hardy! They have survived a windy tidal Trent and a BCN Challenge. People do keep commenting on them so they must be doing ok. The lady who suggested my potatoes looked healthy had me worried though!

It seems these ducks are taking up all the seasonal roles these days...

I think we should be afraid 😱
