Permanent moorings/marina cannock or telfor

Hi does anyone have any recommendations for a marina/permanent mooring in the Cannock or Shropshire telford areas please. Needs to be able to fit a 62' boat currently moored in Lichfield but works moved

Norton Canes Boatbuilders comes to mind, but would you want to be at the arse end of the BCN  & not very far from Lichfield anyway?

It seems to me you're probably looking at the canals which lie between Cannock and Telford; the latter is some way from any canal. So either the northern part of the Staffs & Worcester, or the southern end of the Shroppie. As I don't own a boat, just crewing for others, all I know about most marinas is where they are from going past them, so I can't usually offer an opinion as to how good they are.

In your target area the one that springs to mind is Hatherton Marina at Calf Heath, just west of Cannock. You could easily move there from Lichfield via Great Haywood in two days.
