Window Seals (fluffy ones)

I need to replace a few of my window seals, the fluffy type ones that sit inside the frame and the glass presses against it and the rubber bits at the bottom.

My windows are the type with 2 pull pins and they just hang open a bit.

Is this the right type,

any other companies out there doing them, I've looked and can't see.

 Still looking for the rubber bits
