Not a boating question but what’s so special about floor paint as opposed to ordinary Matt paint?

It depends on the solvent used in its manufacture. Floor paint is supposed to be more hard-wearing - but in my experience it still wears off concrete floors.

Yes and try to get rid of ordinary paint that’s been spilled accidentally!?
