Aldi boiler for spares or repair. Free

HI, we have taken the Aldi boiler out of Tawny.

It was working the last time we needed it, but probably needs a good clean out as it can be a bit temperamental, especially trying to start it the first time in a season.

 

Would it be of use to anyone, before I take it to the tip.

Well, I think it's an Alde boiler, no matter....

 

It's quite an early model with a manual spark clicker thing. I can check the model number

Save the little 12v electric pump motor Sue,  its right on the top. They are good for powering model trains and boats.

Too late, we never had that. Alvechurch threw them away and substituted a Johnson pump

Assuming it's the tall thin upright model (29 series), If nobody wants the complete kit I could make use of the two panels (lower and upper) if they are in reasonable condition. My current ones are quite bent and battered and don't fit very well.

I'll give it a couple of days to see if someone can use the whole thing, if not they are yours.

 

They are also a bit bent, but might give a some to try and improve without risking making yours worse.
