Not sure what make it is TBH, I will try and find the Ebay link. It charges from USB and can be used either wired or Bluetooth. One charge lasts many hours. I made a small bracket so that it sits on top of the telly. I liked it so much that I bought another for the bedroom TV. My hearing is knackered so the improved clarity  really helps.
