Thinking about store cupboard meals as winter draws in, And some will be relying on dried and tinned goods mostly, here is a favourite tuna recipe, known tentatively as tuna a la ERM.....
Fry off onions and garlic, add in some chilli powder if you like it...not too much, just enough to get the idea.
Add other veg if you have...peas,sweet corn, red pepper and mushrooms if available. A splodge of tomato ketchup....decent splodge, and somedried mixed herbs. Then a can of mushroom Campbell's condensed soup, neat. Cook a bit and add milk to get a thick sauce. Add pepper, and salt if you feel the need. Gently stir in a can of tuna, not letting it break up too much. Heat a bit more.
Serve over boiled rice.
Tinned veg is fine.
Eat!
