Update on Reeves Boatbuilders To put an end to some of the speculation that has arisen from earlier post: We have on good authority that Reeves Boatbuilders have had to close down due to a lack of orders. No customers either trade or retail had lost any money due to the situation. As far as possible, the company has closed in an honourable way. Reeves Boatbuilders produced an excellent hull, and had a great reputation. Lets hope that some of the skills and expertise from Reeves can be salvaged? Update on Milburn Boats Ltd. Lambon Hull are still in business! They have scaled down production, but are still building shells. We have just taken delivery of their latest hull for one of our customers (delivered Feb. 2009).
