    hahaha, yes it dose, don't know where that came from thanks for the info, which cover do you mean, the one opposite the fly wheel but i still think some of the linkage is missing

    could some one post a picture of the external governor and execrator linkage please i have a manual but the picture is not very clear, i think part of the linkage is missing the motor governor dose not come in and it stalls
