  1. Hi, just had this problem with the same cassette myself. You need to take out the central round disc, clean the mechanism and check the float hasn’t been dislodged by overly vigorous shaking when emptying, as mine was! I looked on YouTube and there are a few people giving good advice on how to access the cassette chamber. Its not difficult, just yucky! It’s a dirty job but somebody’s gotta do it. Have an old toothbrush, rubber gloves, kitchen roll and a peg for your nose at the ready. Good luck.
