it's in an engine room on deck. no defiantly not wanting to do that. we may need to reconsider

that doesn't sound good. yes never thought about that, once it's warmed it should be OK to restart. However, I'm just a bit worried about noise.

Does anyone know where I can find a video of a Rigas Dizelis engine running. I know they are loud but would like to know how much so Wanting to buy a boat with this engine as a tour boat so want to know if the passengers will be able to hear me or if the engine will drown me out. Also no clue how to start these engines, I've heard they are smokey when cold but not sure how easy they are to get going as I will be doing trips all day I need to know will it run itself n is the process complex. if I'm waiting for passengers n turn engine off is it going to be a task to get it running again? thanks so much I advance. picture below.
