  1. Off Topic I know, but thinking of what to write I thought I see how many double acts that I could think off. Randall and Hopkirk Batman and Robin, Paul and Barry Chuckle (The Chuckle Brothers) Laurel and Hardy Kim and Aggie Kermit and Miss Piggy Posh and Becks Thelma and Louise Mike and Bernie Winters, Hale and Pace, Cannon and Ball, Little and Large, Fry and Laurie. Back on Topic. Is csh a director or not. Perhaps Paul uses Chris's account without him realising. I mean his forum account before I get threatened again. Martyn
  2. I have just written a long post. Deleted it as there's no point. Time will tell if this is a well run marina or not. What do Mr & Mrs Steadman think is going on? Surely they either know already or they would like to know. Where is the money that should have been.............you know the rest.
  3. Well done Stewey. It must be the same one as I have just signed in. Thank you. Martyn
  4. Years ago I came across a programme that allowed you to insert cupboards, sink, units,WC, wardrobes etc. with in a scaled hull. No idea where I found it, just thought someone may know. Perhaps I didn't ask the right question. Thanks for the suggestion though. Martyn
  5. Good idea. But I wouldn't have viewed it. Martyn

  7. Hello. Is there any access to a novice boat designer (me) that may help me piece together ideas what I want to do to Nightwatch? Short and simple request. Martyn
  8. i did wonder about his age. Thank you.

  13. I thought at one time the rescue boat had taken the people in the water under tow to the far side which seemed to calmer protected water. Then not. As the last person was clutching to the stern of the boat the rescue boats engine was running the boat was moving. Hope the rescued person wasn't thrashing his legs about. Dramatic events. As I was watching in the early stages I was certain the boat turned to go back out which I thought a good idea. But alas, nope, it was I think to readjust his/her approach on those blooming big rocks.

  15. I'd phone him. People may be reluctant to expose their location for a number of reasons. Just saying. Martyn
  16. Don't think it was the jacket at fault, nor the shirt. But flippin eck Alan, both at the same time? Come on, enoughs enough!

  18. No, I am saying that you were jesting! Why so touchy? Just a unwise choice of words from you considering the situation your partner finds himself. If indeed you are his partner. If I am to believe what has been written in this thread, you are a school teacher, I think this time of day is a little late to take lunch. Unless you help out during the lunchtime. A subject that anyone in the management at Pilling Lock Marine is adverse to addressing is where has the NAA contributions from the moorers at Pilling Lock Marina gone to if not to the appropriate recipient. Could you ask Paul to enlighten the forum or any other interested parties.? I'm not holding my breath. Martyn
  19. I can't stop myself saying this, Chris. Many a true word is said in jest! Once again bitterness supersedes common sense and reason. If not too impertanant, how old are you? Martyn
  20. Thank you. Now, is this the seal that is left on the base tank when the two units are separated? And makes a seal from the stuff and the outside world.
  21. I was really hoping that you and Paul would come to the forum and act like the majority of us and talk this through as adults with the objective of ascertaining truthfully what the situation is. Maybe, just maybe the remaining moorers at Pillings Lock don't want to upset the apple cart and see their investment and their boating dreams destroyed by being expelled from their mooring. It may be also they are happy with what is being said and alleged by a number of knowledgable people as to what has happened to their contribution to the NAA. To indicate that the business couldn't afford to pay BW/C&RT is nonsense as the money seems to have been paid to the business by the moorers. How sad a situation this is.
  22. Alan. I used to a jacket like that, that I wore seriously! It was donated to a local charity shop in Leominster, when we lived nearby, less that a week later I was in a local village pub and through into the other bar I saw it!, yes, my lovely jacket. Being worn by a local farm worker. Very nice it looked to. Martyn
