A further possibility to the above, make sure your injectors are in good condition, I’ve known Diesel engines to pick up as described, due to injectors over fuelling and washing the bores of their oil coating.

I had the same symptoms on some acrylic ( ridgid ) windows, on a commercial vessel. The sun facing ones were the worst and had a similar rough feel. What worked for me was T-cut. The windows were cloudy to the point of being almost opaque and are now perfectly usable. Suggest trying on a test area, hope this helps.

It’s difficult to to spell a spoken word incorrectly but some manage it. Axe instead of Ask, that’s a real wind up. Then there’s the mispronounced words, presumably for dramatic effect, Newkiller instead of Nuclear. Why? Nuclear sounds scary enough....

I have a folding treadmill on board, use it once or twice daily. I don’t jog on it, just walk briskly with the aim of raising the heartbeat. I also use a WII game and do maybe half a dozen of those excercises every morning. The excercise I’d most like to do, I can’t. I live in Wakefield and she lives in Doncaster.

When I pass one who looks like he’s a member of an undertakers convention, I just call down the hatch “no idea why they’re so miserable darling, maybe it’s the fishing that does it”. There’s no one down there but old fish face doesn’t know that.

Young lad on the boat next to mine had re-painted the bedroom, sorted out a new more comfy mattress and given things a good airing by opening the Houdini hatch above the bed. All done prior to a planned steamy night with his new girlfriend. After a rainy evening they returned to the boat to find..............................??

Agreed, another good thing is the cabin handrails being close to the sides. If you slip and managed to hold on, there’d be less chance of breaking a wrist. Also, can’t help but admire how neatly the sliding hatches fit..............?? Oh no!!......I’m starting to like it.

Looking at the vegetation it’s definitely not winter time, so it’ll be running off the solar panels.
