  1. I need it for the camper not the boat and I don't think the flogas lite will fit.

  3. Yes, we fitted a polypropylene one a few years ago, no smell at all. Have a look here : https://www.justheaven.org.uk/2018/08/new-holding-tank/ Steve
  4. We have a portable satellite TV setup that we don't need. I'm not sure why we bought it as we never watch TV on the boat! Free for collection from South Gloucestershire or Droitwich marina. Steve
  5. We often give willows a haircut. See here :
  6. The tank was 14 years old when we took it out Steve
  7. I replaced ours a while ago, see here : https://www.justheaven.org.uk/2018/08/new-holding-tank/
  8. Might see you there. For the first time we're going by campervan, having always gone by boat in previous years. Steve
  9. You can get 19mm hose froom most aquatic ( i.e. pond) supplies section in garden centres. Steve
  10. Owner of keys located via CRTcontactus on Twitter.
  11. Ok, thanks. We're currently coming down the T&M on our way to Droitwich so we'll pass through Gailey. Steve
  12. I had considered DIY but my creaky old bones would make it difficult in situ, and if I take it home then I wont have any way to test it. Steve
  13. I emailed Ed, but he said that doesn't do Ebers any more. Steve
  14. Julian We only have the mini timer, so no fault display. Steve
  15. A boater left their keys in Ivy House lift bridge on the Caldon. A concerned local gave them to us as they didn't want the local yoofs to mess with the bridge. We put a notice on there with our mobile number, but no one has called us. It's a bunch of keys, not just "watermate". If you have heard of anyone losing their keys please PM me. Thanks Steve
  16. Our Eber, which has performed flawlessly for 12+ years, has got the hump and become temperamental. Can anyone recommend someone in tne Midlands area who would come and service it? Thanks Steve
  17. The previous reply suggested that the OP moor on the river
  18. Dont forget that to do that you'll need to buy a Thames licence. We have often moored near bridge 239A, there's usually space. It's a little way into the centre, but we have foldup bikes and Oxford is very bike friendly. Steve
  19. We have a Desmo on the boat and a Sequoia in our camper. There's very little to chose between them regarding performance. The advantage of the Sequoia is that it doesn't need a recess under the floor. Steve
  20. You could try Oakwood Marina, we moor there and I think there should be space. Steve
  21. It's Mark Paris. He did our last cert, and is very helpful and friendly. Steve
  22. The weight isnt that important, if it's well maintained and well balanced it needs hardly any effort to move. On the other hand if it's not well maintained, as some of the ones we have recently encountered on the L&L, three strong people can only just move it ? Steve
  23. We have been to the site this morning. Hire boats are being allowed through to get back to their base, but private boats are not being allowed through. That illustrates clearly where CRT's priorities lie ! Steve We had considered turning round and going Leeds - Keadby - Nottingham -T&M. Are you saying that isn't possible? Steve
