Matt, How did you get on? I'd be interested on hearing which route you took and any comments good or bad. We (two middle aged couples) have a week booked from Anderton starting this weekend. Ideally, we would like to stop near a nice pub for evening meal each night, so any feedback from anyone with recommendations on route or places to stop with this in mind would be appreciated.
