I'm not too sure that asking medical advice from an Internet forum rather than listening to medical advice from your doctor and/or surgeon is particularly wise, especially with the total lack of detail provided in your post. But maybe I'm being too cautious.🤔

Is the plural of Haggis... Haggi? I'm afraid (even though I lived in Scotland for a few years back in the early 80s) that Burns' Night must hold some sort of record for the most things I hate crammed into one event. Haggis, neeps, Scottish country dancing, bagpipe music and some of the worst poetry in the world. Thank goodness for the whisky!!!

Have you got all the air out of the pipes (e.g. the shower) so the pump isn't working to pressurise that air as well as the accumulator?

I taught in a girls' school for several years.... they hated being called girls and referred themselves collectively as guys. I referred to them as "ladies" and they were perfectly happy with that.

Dielectric (silicone) grease is excellent smeared onto the electrical connector points, fuse blades, relays etc. It was always done once a year as winter approached on all my vulnerable electrics on a warm, dry and sunny day.
