  1. The red bit is where the links are on the bottom of the page. Im colour blind too so they may not be red .Youre right though having read it properly-it is annual. The chart on the EA site under heading 2.1 does show the ML and EA day rates which are the same like fishing hand caster. Certainly not the easiest to make sense of and can see what Doratheexplorer means now!
  2. I have looked at the link you published, but not spotted the info about a visitor licence for the ML. I would have thought typically you would want to have a couple of days each way to get between the Nene and the Gt Ouse, is that going to cost you £75 or £100 (as you can only buy a year)? I guess that is not ridiculous, but if you compare with the Avon at £50 for a week through licence, you don't get much for your money on the ML.
  3. Good post Tony! This is 'must know' info for anyone boating, or new to boating. Excellent summary in case there are others out there who just aren't getting to 14V on alternator charging and thus risking undercharging. There must be a load of boats from 2000-20005 that suffer the same problem.I have a boat, mostly we used it for fishing purposes. We have boats and fishing equipment, fishing lure, etc. I replace my boat engine two times but its speed is very slow when I try to fast it releases a black smoke my friend told me that engine was out of order to change it with an alternate Model.
  4. Good post Tony! This is good info for anyone boating, or new to boating. This’s too specific for the intended audience. Basically When we are going to charge a battry we have to kept in mind that the best kind of charger on your battery is a three stage charger. This types of charger are safe, easy to use. 1:Bulk Charge are typically where the heighest voltage and amperage the charegerthe charger is rated for will actually be used. The level of charge that can be applied without overheating the battery is known as the battery's natural absorption rat. 2: Absorption Charge are basically use to ditect the voltage and resistance from battry prior to charge. At this point most chargers will maintain a steady voltage, while the amperage declines. The lower current going into the battery safely brings up the charge on the battery without overheating it. 3:Float Charge brings the battery all the way through and maintains the 100% state of charge. The voltage will taper down and maintain at a steady 13.2-13.4 volts, which is the maximum voltage a 12 volt battery can hold. The best kind of charger to use on a battery is a 3 stage smart charger. They are easy to use and worry free. You don't ever have to worry about leaving the charger on the battery for too long.
