  1. The water system on my narrowboat has a Jabsco 2.9 water pump which pulsates when the taps are turned on slow. I am thinking of adding an accumulator into the system to hopefully stop the problem. Can anyone offer any information as to a suitable accumulator tank that should do the job.
  2. We moved from Napton to Hill Farm marina. The location, walks, service and fantastic views are well worth it.

  6. I want to get a spare toilet cassette. The model I have is a Thetford Cassette C200 without wheels, but all the new C200 cassettes I have seen advertised have wheels. Can anyone tell me if the new cassettes will fit. Thanks.
  7. The hose is a flat type and I have pushed paper towel through a few times with the water pressure and I have been surprised how much crap came out. I have also used a couple of bottles of Milton in the tank, left it a couple of hours and flushed through and the black bits seemed to have stopped? Thanks everyone for your help

  10. Mrsmelly, the bits coming out don't seem to be rubber so I will give bleaching a go.
  11. The hosepipe is the flat type which is quite awkward to get anything down it
  12. The pump labours and loses pressure momentarily when a tap is turned on and it is slow to switch off.
  13. Can anyone tell me why we are getting black bits coming through both hot and cold taps. The tank is stainless and the pump is a Jabsco Par-Max 2.9 model 31395-0292. Thanks in advance
