I will use the ballast ( concrete slate) as my floor, wondering if is ok

Hi, I’m new to this new world any advice are more then welcome. I found the subfloor of my 57 ft narrowboat completely rotten due to windows leaking and I guess some leak somewhere. I remove all the subfloor which was not the right material so I guess that didn’t help as well. So now good thing, the ballasts are pure concrete all over the boat separated by the steal structur. Now the question: Can I keep it like that ( after a good clean and paint) or do I must insulate the floor? I will have windows with a top clap “always”open for good ventilation. Side and ceiling are insulated and windows will be replaced with double glazing
