Thanks peterboat. More like clouds. I'll have another go at them. Someone said put more polish on the bits and polish of straight away. Also, it seems I shouldn't have polished for at least 6 months after painting. It's all a learning curve, isn't it?
have just finished painting my boat and was advised to polish it to protect from bad weather. Used a wax I bought for this from a marine product dealer but it was some time ago I bought it.
Put it on and polished it off in sections and it looked great. Today, after all this bad rain, there are white patches all over that I can't get off. Any ideas please?
Very time limited this year to paint my boat. If I prep it for rust, and put a coat of primer then undercoat on, will it be waterproof until next year when I can tackle the painting?
