I was actually out running errands for my wife, so no such enjoyment like that today. I am aware of that particular pub though and it is one of my favourite spots on warmer days.

I just had a stroll along the seafront and managed to spend half an hour sitting in the sun.

That is a fair point but more people are going to be reliant on bicycles to move from A to B in cities.

Down here on the south coast we have been enjoying particularly balmy weather with highs or 14C, however it sounds like the cold weather is going to be returning this weekend. Wrap up warm everyone!

Personally I do not see any reason as to why cyclists should be required to purchase insurance and pay tax to ride on the road, surely it will mean that it is going to lead to those unable to afford to cycle being criminalised if caught? However, I most certainly take issue with those cyclists riding on pavements and blatantly riding through red lights!
