  3. Does the solar input go via the shunt of the MICC?
  4. That would be correct. You have completed a manual reset however what is the battery state? I am assuming they were not at 100% when you removed the fuse. Ideally you should now recharge the batteries until the battery charger goes into float.
  5. I have configured and reset MICC many times. When was the last time the monitor was re-calibrated ? Is it possible to re-charge the installation using a shoreline so that the system can get into float mode so that a manual reset can undertaken? What is your location?
  6. I would still use a branded product. I carried this type of switch in stock.
  7. I would only use a branded product such as Blue Seas or BEP. To me the image looks to be a copy of a BEP battery isolator.
  8. You could contact British Marine they should be able to supply some different companies names.

  15. The ISO and the Recreational Craft Directive started back in 1998. Could you please confirm where in the ISO or other marine specification document the requirement for the Double poled MCB?
  16. The BS does state at which temperature or condition in section 721 just that 2.5 cable is rated at 16 amps so the table 721 supersedes all other tables is my interpretation. BS 7671 requires HO5 cable as a minimum for outdoor location.
  17. I suggest looking at Section 721 of BS 7671 Table 721 this to my mind this is the as close as you can get to a NB. the IET suggest using 2.5 mm rated at 16 amps.
  18. Having just look at 4E2A I feel this is more applicable, for current ratings.
  19. The new ISO should be published later this month or early in February 2021 I have not seen a copy yet.
  20. The RCD is replaced by Recreational Craft Regulation ( RCR)
  21. ISO 10133 has not existed since 01 January 2020.
  22. A good starting price for electric propulsion would be around 160,000.00 At the length you require.
  23. There are now many marina within the UK supplying 32 amps. Because craft are being used as floating offices, I have installed and commissioned many installation.
