Hello, my boat, Boris's Interesting Emporium, is my UK home and soon to be summertime business I bought her several years ago as an empty shell in a field in Oxfordshire and have fitted her out myself. Once opened Boris's Interesting Emporium will be a small bespoke restaurant and fine food shop. I will specialise in Moroccan and Spanish dining having lived and travelled extensively in both these countries for years. I will also specialise in Spanish and Moroccan food products examples being stone pressed olive oil, saffron, dates, argan oil and perhaps some nice spanish and moroccan wines. I like to consider myself a goodwill ambassador to both these countries having experienced first hand the hospitality of these nations. Currently my boat is nearing completion and is now in the water however shortly she will be moved from her current location to a boatyard yet to be decided upon to have a mini refit and hopefully my business will be up and running by this summer Inshallah!!!
