Boat now coming up to 10 years old, Not got breakdown cover - done all my own services and up to date no breakdowns so how much have I in the kitty to cover any future problems ?
All insurance is just that you pay out and hope you never need it! and only works as more money comes in than is paid out

You would have? isolation valve at the end of run with the hose like

connected to the cooker - not a domestic bayonet fitting

We were at the lift bridge on Friday and apart from not seeing the cables which were off the pulleys the bridge is still in its fallen position and the closure notice is still in place, and when I last called Peel they did not have a date for the removal of the bridge
Talking to CART today at E/Port Marsh lock is to be completed before Christmas ??
However the wide lock at E/Port should be in operation within a couple of weeks

Mine came from here

Based in Altrincham, they cut mine to size and delivered but they are close to the canal at Broadheath

Either will tell you that you have a leak, however you still have to find the leak in the way you should have checked PRIOR to bubbling or manning on a new or modified system, ie spray on or sniffer
I use a low pressure gauge to test my van and boat, water filled manometers are ok but compromised by temperature etc over an extended test period
Each to etc

Auto batteries are almost all made standard sizes, if you look at most suppliers website they have a sizing tool
Result on one - as its ony 1335 cc any batts for a similar size diesel car would be fine

Two new regs arrived lunchtime today, I had no problems with Clesse apart from a short delay in collecting my two "faulty" regs
They did not query the fact that the two were kept as spares or require any photos etc
