    Not needed as stove conforms to latest bs and it's granite on top of 25mm board as sold by midland chandlers and the frame has the required lip all round For info when the stove is in use I can hold my hand on the underside of the stove as it's fitted with a heat shield as standard We like the way it turned out looks kind of right Regards Ray

    As above and find other users of the engine in cars tractors etc then cross match filters with premium brands and try motor factors or in my case ebay as my engine is common to loads of uses including isuzu trooper and vauxhall to name but two I have just obtained 3 x WIX filters for the sum of £7.50 delivered from a well known factor as a stock clearance item Ray

    Asking re A good buillder will use blasted and primed plate for the hull and pickled and primed plate for the cabin. Both sorts of plate have had the mill scale removed. Not a builder who claims to shotblast, however this would be good if protected immediately after blasting Ray
