Hoping that someone may be able to help. I have the workshop manual for this gearbox, a 90d2.5 and have followed the section for adjusting the clutch, but I am not sure if the adjustment to create a.0.6mm clearance is carried out when the cone clutch is at the maximum distance from the shoe or minimum distance. The clutch is eccentric so the distance varies as the shaft rotates. Hope this makes sense.
