It's on BBC and BBC don't really do comedy anymore... makes it easy to avoid also (no licence). as for the nuance of it, its all captured in post #64

I dont know the details of the trader licence with CRT but surely vloggers are not selling from their boat so no licence needed - they are in the class of working from home on a domestic insurance policy (such as computer work) so all covered?
