Thanks for the replys and advice everyone and patty thanks for writing all that. Much appreciated as always, I think keeping our heads down and being quite will help for sure. Ow and not fastening a clothes line to the next boat my help too lol. We're a quite family anyway. Fingers crossed it'll all work out.

Yep I can see what you say, obviously we want to be in the good books being new to the marina and they come a cross really flexible but leave us playing rubicube in our heads a bit. Thanks

Yes vague as hell is how they come a cross, understandable but confusing. We won't be staying in the marina very much but plan a cycle of movement 10 miles either way left to right from the marina with a 7 day a month marina stay. Well that's the plan but the unknowing of what's allowed is a bit foggy.

As above what's a few nights when talking about stopping on your boat in a non residential marina? I was thinking 7 nights a month maximum would be OK?

I love the chocolate Charlie song, I don't know much about Charlie but I kinda like the vision of a the kids waiting for their chocolate chips coming around the corner and a wind swept face hardened by steering a working boat in all weathers. Seems like a perfect thought though I guess life is nothing like a perfect imagined painting. I keep Chocky Charlie in the nice part of my head as a goto.

Lady moves into a house next to A Train Station=complains about train noises. Next to an Airport=complains about Aircraft vibrating her roof. Would I Moor their ? No, I can't be doing with any of that sh-t but she needs her head retuning into what's what and those signs need removing on a dark night by a nice boater with balls. Ow i like the bush on the wrong side of her legal property boundary. Though it needs a trim.......

I am no guru and I hope you get your engine sorted out, I am.new to boating but not mechanics Stage 1 check for Air Locks. Stage 2 mock bypass fuellines/returns Stage 2 fuel can, if the engine runs then it's the problem is tank/lines. Vice versa ...

I did 192 locks in one day single handed in a hurricane. Pffffft! Yer please OK what. EVORRR! (The.blushing truth/not even 1 lock ever) Lash yards sterns up ya bast Ards, cos uhis me be crashing ya whey soon.
