Does anyone know how I can adjust the burners on my freestanding SMEV cooker? Or is possible to fit new jets? is this how cooker regulate the flame strength? The flame is really quite pathetic, the pressure is fine as tested by the BSC man but it just doesn't seem possible to do any real cooking. A big pan of pasta water or chip pan is just impossible. And the over doesn't really get as hot as I'd like either.

They are really quite heavy users of water especially with solids, presumably because as a sea toilet its not an issue. Im not sure i would want to use one with a holding tank unless I had a quick and cheap way of emptying it. My boat has a Lavac into a 50 litre holding tank and it lasts about a week. Another consideration: don't forget an anti-syphon valve in the intake and keep an eye on it for getting stuck, else you'll sink your boat.

So an 'all-you-can-eat' buffet means you continue until your sick? Fighting other customers to eat all of it simply because you want to 'avail yourself of the facility'. In my world that's called greed. What's it called on yours?

indeed, but the going rate is around £5 a GB not 50p so it's more likely to be £s not pence for an hour's TV on the boat pretty soon.

There's enough to satify everyone's need but not to satisfy everyone's greed. Obvious to me even if not to you. I use data without worrying about it, including Skype and it pisses me off that Three are having to curtail this because people behave in an utterly selfish way.

That makes you part of the problem. I won't be sorry if they cut your quota. Given that this one is simply a lie it dont make me want to trust the rest of their answers.
