Hi folks, A quick note to say that I now have full planning permission!!!! currently have space for boats, 50% of the pontoons are in place, a truly great location! prices are £40 per foot per year. Quick update, council pre-app meeting went very well. Waiting on feedback next week and then formal application goes in along with my bank balance for fees!!!

I will look into it although I'm running out of time as the pre-app council meeting is on Monday.

Good afternoon folks, I am just wondering if anyone near the great Ouse or river lark could send me an email stating that both leisure and residential moorings are needed in the area, no addresses need to be given. Yes, this was as far as we got before we got stopped by the council, thanks for posting the photos, first time I've seen it from the river.

River lark next to pumping station, opposite the pepperpot

Hi everyone, I am currently trying to develope 400 metres of mooring along the river lark, moorings are floating pontoons fully serviced with commercial bins and a massive car park. Full ea permission has been granted although the council have put a stop to any further development. I called them twice and was told no permission needed! Now dealing with a planning application for a mixture of visitor, leisure and residential moorings. It's going to be a struggle! I'm disappointed that there should a problem when all types of moorings are urgently required in this area. I'll keep you posted!
