These looked like sheared or clipped Alpaca's to me. They normally have a fleece like a sheep in fact they look like sheep with long necks to me. Alpaca are Camelids from Southern Peru and are domesticated to provide "wool" and are smaller than llamas. There are several breed types with some having an almost Old English sheepdog length of fleece.
