Thankyou to everyone for helping me retrieve my stolen & sunken boat. She's in a dry dock well away from those who stole & sunk her!

Many thanks to everybody that has followed & replied. The case is complicated & under legal investigation, hence why I can not respond with sensitive information which could jeopardise the case. In a nutshell, my initial post was to find the vessel which was posted on a blog. Sorry, I am new to the site & did not know how to post on a forum. My post on the forum, obviously, was to find out information. Whilst this may seem strange to everyone, as this is in a civil claims dispute, other parties concerned are exercising their right also to retain information. My purpose of the posting was to acertain the location of the vessel & any further information, which could be useful going forward. The vessel operates from Bollington Wharf on a Day Hire basis from Bollington to Marple, so news of it's operating base on the River Weaver, has been very helpful. Completely untrue, & all bookings taken for the vessel operate from Bollington Wharf ONLY! Hence my question, why was the vessel removed with confirmed & paid bookings? I appreciate everyones comments & I have taken on board the negatives as well, as they have provided me with information, which I was not necessarily aware of & I can now act upon. Kind regards

My initial post was to locate the boat, subsequently she was sunk. I was asking for info, nothing more. The case is going to court, so I am not in a position to discuss on an open forum.

No, not at all. Unfortunately, new to the website I posted on a blog, not in a forum. Initially I was just hoping for a sighting of the vessel. Since then, the situation developed with the sinking. I personally do not care who sunk the boat, I just want her retrieval so I can operate the business, in good faith of the customers that have booked.

Many thanks for your comments, which are appreciated. I found this website & used it as a possible tool to locate the vessel & subsequently saw a posting on the vessel sinking. Due to legal investigations I can not comment further on the case, although I would be happy to discuss privately, as you seem very knowledgeable in narrowboats and the canals.

I appreciate your comments. I am new to the site, & initially I was asking for help in locating the vessel. In terms of monetary aspects, the boat is owned by White Nancy (UK) Ltd, to which I want it's retrieval. Secondly, for all the guests which have booked the vessel in good faith.
