Have replaced a lot of glass in the Morso stove's and the screws are always drilled out and re-tapped 2ba or 1ba if bad,, never get them out in one go

The cottage is on the , Worcester & Birmingham canal, between bridges 41 & 42 with no arm or winding holes. have moored my boat , 70' along side for the past 18 years and the previous owner as well,

The last time I spoke with him was some 7/8 years ago , maybe more, he was selling the boat , on the river lee and moving back to retire in Venezuela.
He was telling me at the time his back was playing him up, and he was going to get s better return on his investment compered to over here,
