  1. Mr Tickle. With or without a weed hatch, his arms are long enough to sort out any prop fouling.
  2. Michael McIntyre at his best.
  3. This video is amazing, it must have taken ages for the guy to set it all up. https://mobile.twitter.com/marieannuk/status/1265549656597069825?s=12
  4. Are you fancying buying a compact & bijou residence? Unlikely to feature on Grand Designs unless you incorporate underground bedrooms!
  5. Many thanks. We were in Gorran Haven & Mevagissey last Feb as part of a SW tour. Popped into Meva this Feb as we had a fortnight touring down there again. We love Devon & Cornwall in the winter. Last time we were on Vault Beach must be 30 years ago. We will add it to our hit list next time.
  6. The water in your photo is incredibly clear, where is it?
  7. The Shroppie step? We have blue plastic wheelbarrow wheels and they’ve proved invaluable all over the network.
  8. North Yorkshire has some of the best scenery anywhere on the network. 98B421D2-456D-42FF-AB39-3BFDD7C1E053.MOV After spending so long on your boat at sea level, you may find your ears would bleed at that altitude!!!!
  9. Ah but I’m a mere stripling!
  10. Yes and OP helped me woo Wendy. Three halves (for her) on a NY pub crawl and now we’ve been happily married for 31 years!
  11. I know, but a pint of Old Peculiar is always welcome. Growing up in North Yorkshire, I was able to sample some of the fine ales out of Masham. Ps, a pint of OP at lunchtime virtually guarantees an afternoon nap!
  12. Is that the bridge at East Marton? We had a proper pint and a great meal at the Abbot’s Harbour last year to celebrate arriving back in Yorkshire.
  13. And of course a high IQ and common sense don’t always go hand in hand.
  14. 622F1DFA-192E-4339-97D2-431F27AC20ED.MP4
  15. A very good thought re the traditional summer holidays. Have you seen this raised anywhere else?
  16. Once you are able to travel, I would to recommend a holiday in Germany to include a trip to the Siegfried’s Museum of mechanical musical instruments. It’s in beautiful Rudesheim on the river Rhine, they have a fantastic (working) collection of different instruments. Unfortunately I can’t upload my personal videos as they are too big, but there are plenty on YouTube.
  17. I know, i couldn’t seem to switch them around after the uploaded. The lock flight there was entertaining as some of the Special Brew drinkers kept us amused with their life stories!!
  18. Rent, business rates, wages, utilities, marketing & the obvious inability to book that boat for another hirer, to name a few.
