Easy mistake to make seeing as Hermatite is made by Hammerite

It's hard to work without tools

are you sure it's not Hammerite paint ? ,the stuff i'm after is a jointing compound ?

But it's blue Hylomar not Green hermatite

It wont do the same job as Green Hermatite sets hard ,and can be removed with a scraper and wire brush ,unlike the red stuff that needs to be virtually ground off ,thanks anyway.

As the title ,where can i buy some Green Hermatite from ,preferably a 125ml plastic bottle or 500ml tin ? ,My Kelvin engine doesn't have a head gasket ,just a thick metal shim which has previously been sealed with Green hermatite ,so i would like to use it again.

Today my Mastervolt Whisper generator decided it wanted a service ,the oil has to be a specific type ,15/40 cc/cd ,most garages only stock either fully or semi synthetic (which apparently causes high oil consumption in generators),after getting passed on from one place to another ,I finally ended up at a filter specialist called TALBOT COMPONENTS ,(about a mile from Bridge 62 ,just passed Morrisons) ,they stock a wide variety of all sorts of filters ,oils ,hose ,clips ,bulbs etc ,and were very cheap ,the oil i purchased was £ 13.14 inc VAT for 5 litres ,unfortunately the oil won't be in stock until tomorrow ,BUT the guy behind the counter insisted on bringing it down to my boat as soon at it comes in ! ,so I thought it only right to give them a mention on here. I have a mountain bike of my boat roof ,I use it for nipping around on ,it's very handy.

I managed to tighten mine using a small screwdriver ,I tried all sorts of allen keys and nothing fitted
